So I have made quite a few decisions on the new house: I picked out moulding, cabinets, tile, some paint, a new mailbox, house numbers, a new rug....but I can't decide if I want stainless appliances or black?

If it matters to you. You can't put magnets on the stainless. Just passing that along.
