I recently read The Secret Life of Bees and loved it!
The Mermaid Chair was Sue Monk Kidd's next novel but not so great.
The Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris was probably my favorite and read almost a book a day.
The Shack is a good one also
Currently I am reading The Book Thief about Nazi Germany and loving it. I'm also excited for the three other books at the library waiting to be picked up.

I loved The Book Thief! And I love the feeling of having books on hold at the library.
My bok club is reading the Book Thief right now. Its one of my new favorite books!
